2. Formation of Contract
2.1 A contract is formed when we confirm your order in writing or dispatch the Goods.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before dispatch.
2.3 All descriptions, images and specifications are for guidance only and may vary slightly from the actual Goods.

3. Prices & Payment
3.1 All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Full payment must be received before dispatch.
3.3 Ownership of Goods remains with us until payment has been received in full.

4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
4.2 Risk passes to you once Goods are delivered.
4.3 You must inspect Goods on delivery and notify us of any damage or shortages within 48 hours.

5. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Our liability is limited to the price paid for the Goods.

Returns & Refunds Policy
This policy applies to customers in the UK and Northern Ireland and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Cooling-Off Period (Distance Sales)
If you purchase Goods online or by phone, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your Goods.
To cancel, you must notify us in writing:

You then have a further 14 days to return the Goods.

2. Items Eligible for Return
Returned Goods must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• In resaleable condition
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:
• Tanning creams
• Cosmetic creams
• Lotions, oils or skincare products
• Any sealed product that has been opened or tampered with
This is in accordance with UK consumer law exemptions for hygiene-sealed goods.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Goods
4.1 If Goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as possible.
4.2 We may request photos or return of the item for inspection.
4.3 Where Goods are confirmed faulty, we will offer:
• Repair
• Replacement
• Refund (including reasonable return costs)

5. Refunds
5.1 Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Goods or proof of return.
5.2 Refunds are made to the original payment method.
5.3 Delivery charges are refunded only where required by law or where the error was ours.
